Juneteenth is the Oldest Nationally Celebrated Commemoration of Ending of Slavery in the United States since 1865.  Juneteenth commemorates African American Freedom and emphasizes education and achievement.  It is a time for reflection, rejoying and freedom of expression.

This play is about a fictitious secret meeting that occurs between Malcolm X and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. following the bombing of Malcolm X's home & shortly before he was assassinated.  Hosted by the African American Network of the Poconos and the Shades of Truth Theatre Company.
